Secure ordering
All personal details and credit card numbers are protected using 128 bit encryption and stored on a secure server. This ensures complete security and peace of mind. When entering your credit card details you will see a small padlock in the bottom of your browser window.

At checkout you are transferred to the Protx Secure Payment Page where they accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Solo and Maestro cards.

Delivery
It's free
Delivery from I Want I Want is free on all UK orders over £15! For orders under £10 we charge £3.95. Order before 3pm and we will despatch the very same day. We do rely on 3rd parties for delivery and in over 99% of cases this is done next working day. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible in any circumstance for the parcel not arriving next day or arriving late.
Where?
We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland – NO EXCEPTIONS! Unbelievably, we occasionally receive orders from customers who try to place orders from countries we do not ship to by placing an address such as Paris, UK. If you are foolish enough to try this we will deduct an administration charge of £4.95 before we refund your credit/debit card. We do not ship to Republic of Ireland or BFPO addresses - Sorry!
Please note that a surcharge is added to your order if ordering from Northern Ireland (£10.00) or the Channel Islands (£15.00) - this is due to the additional costs incurred from our courier for these locations.
Receiving your parcel
When your order is despatched, somebody will be required to be at your home address to sign for the parcel.If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with details on how to contact your local depot.
There is no re-direction service available under any circumstances
If your order is returned to ourselves after a failed delivery, you will be charged an extra postage fee for the return of your order.
Complaints, how can we improve?
We really want to make buying from us a fast and friendly experience and then get your order delivered correctly, quickly and in excellent condition. Unfortunately we sometimes get it wrong. When we do, we welcome your feedback so that we are aware of the problem and can get to work fixing it as soon as possible. Tracking
Your order can be tracked at any stage by logging in to our website, once the order has been despatched there will be an order tracking number for our carriers, where applicable, so that the order can be tracked on their website.
Postage Problems
We ship by three methods, usually Royal Mail (standard or recorded) and occasionally DPD or Fed Ex. Should you think that your item has taken longer than expected to arrive, we have the following procedure before replacements/refunds are considered.
- Royal Mail (Recorded): We can enter into the process of replacement/refund only after fifteen working days following the date of despatch from our warehouse
- DPD / Fed Ex: We can enter into the process of replacement/refund only after three working days following the date of despatch from our warehouse
Answers to emails
We attempt to answer your emails within 24 hours of receipt (Please remember we don't work Sat/Sun/Bank holidays). However, please try to remember that everyone has hectic periods now and again. Please include your order number if applicable with every email; this allows us to be much more efficient.
Returns Policy
Unwanted goods
If you receive goods from us then decide they are unsuitable we will happily take them back (in good condition & in the original packaging) within 7 days of you having received them. We will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product, with the exception of a £2.95 postage charge. All you pay for is the cost of posting the goods back to us.
The only time we can't refund items are on occasions where the customer was not present at the delivery address and the courier (usually royal mail) has held the goods locally for your collection. In these cases we can't refund goods that you haven't been to collect until the goods are returned to our warehouse. Once the goods have been returned to us by our carrier we will refund your card for the amount paid less the cost to post the items out, this charge is £2.95.

All returns must be authorised and have a valid Return Number. If an item is received back without a Return Number a £4.95 charge may be applied for the extra administration involved in handling your return.
Faulty goods
If you receive goods in a damaged or unsuitable condition (we're sorry) we will happily replace them within 7 days of you receiving them. Please contact customer services for a Return Number and once the return as been authorised just return them to us in good condition & in the original packaging. Once the item has been processed by our returns team, we shall send a replacement product and refund the cost of the postage back to you.

Please note: you will be responsible for all item or items until they reach us, we can’t be held responsible for missing / lost items that you return back to us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery).

Our email newsletter
You will be automatically signed up to our newsletter which is sent to our members occasionally. This email will contain information relating to your previous buying patterns - e.g. if you have bought an Uglydoll in the past then you may get a specific Uglydoll related email.
